Goa Carbon Ltd gained 1.45% today to trade at Rs 533.75. The S&P BSE Energy index is up 0.64% to quote at 4239.39. The index is down 0.27 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd increased 1.31% and Confidence Petroleum India Ltd added 1.19% on the day. The S&P BSE Energy index went up 0.57 % over last one year compared to the 3.86% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
