Sales decline 37.20% to Rs 541.88 crore

Net profit of Godfrey Phillips India declined 22.78% to Rs 43.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 55.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 37.20% to Rs 541.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 862.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.90% to Rs 160.76 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 136.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 2.94% to Rs 2281.15 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2350.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
