Godrej Industries consolidated net profit declines 16.43% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 11.77% to Rs 2543.67 crore

Net profit of Godrej Industries declined 16.43% to Rs 116.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 138.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 11.77% to Rs 2543.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2275.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 20.36% to Rs 484.43 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 402.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 16.56% to Rs 10579.63 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9076.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
