Gokaldas Exports has entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Silver Spark Apparel, Robot Systems and Gautam Chakravarti towards sale of entire shareholding in Robot Systems to Silver Spark Apparel.The said transaction will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Agreements entered into by the Companies.
