Net profit of Goodwill Housing & Investments reported to Rs 0.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 0.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 25.00% to Rs 0.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 125.00% to Rs 0.09 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 11.11% to Rs 0.20 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
