Graphite India net profit rises 8.11% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 4.62% to Rs 475.25 crore

Net profit of Graphite India rose 8.11% to Rs 44.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 41.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 4.62% to Rs 475.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 498.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 4.81% to Rs 170.92 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 163.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 0.70% to Rs 1730.99 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1718.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
