Greenply Industries announces change in directorate pursuant to scheme of arrangement

Greenply Industries announced that consequent to receipt of the approval of National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013 between Greenply Industries ("Greenply") and Greenpanel Industries ("Greenpanel"), and their respective shareholders and creditors, for demerger of the Demerged Undertaking/Transferred Business as defined in the said Scheme, into Greenpanel with effect from 01 April 2018 (Appointed Date), the following Director(s) and/or KMP(s) of the Company have resigned from the Company with effect from the close of the working hours of 18 July, 2019, to take up assignment in Greenpanel Industries.
