Grindwell Norton announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, for the following purpose:-1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31 March 2014.
2. To consider and recommend dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
