With effect from 10 November 2016
GRP announced that Sanjay Bafna has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 10 November 2016.Further, Ganesh Ghangurde who is the existing President, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary has been redesignated as President and Company Secretary with effect from 10 November 2016.
Both the above changes have been approved at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 10 November 2016.
