Gruh Finance allots equity shares

Gruh Finance has allotted 3,21,270 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors on 12 March 2014.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company would stand at Rs 36 crore consisting 18,01,31,150 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
