GRUH Finance announced that the Company has on 19 November 2016, allotted 12,890 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,78,43,736 consisting 36,39,21,868 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
