Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced that Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, a step down Subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals, has acquired 100% of Equity Shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) with effect from 09 December 2015.In view of the same, Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) has become step down Subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals.
