Gujarat Gas Ltd gained 1.95% today to trade at Rs 146.6. The S&P BSE Energy index is up 0.52% to quote at 4215.33. The index is down 0.35 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Confidence Petroleum India Ltd increased 0.97% and Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd added 0.92% on the day. The S&P BSE Energy index went up 0.03 % over last one year compared to the 4.63% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
