On conversion of warrants
Gujarat NRE Coke announced that the Management Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 16 December 2015 has allotted 6,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Promoter Group entities at Rs. 10.72 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 0.72 per equity share) on conversion of warrants as per the application received from promoter group entities for conversion.Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 743,65,00,490 to Rs. 803,65,00,490 comprising of 75,11,62,039 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and 5,24,88,010 "B" Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
