Gujarat State Petronet standalone net profit rises 48.60% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 2.12% to Rs 231.25 crore

Net profit of Gujarat State Petronet rose 48.60% to Rs 99.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 67.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 2.12% to Rs 231.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 236.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 8.31% to Rs 444.47 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 410.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.94% to Rs 987.01 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1060.56 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
