Gulshan Polyols announced that a meeting of Share allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 12 December 016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:- Fix a record date for the purpose of sub division of equity shares of Rs. 5/- per share of the Company into the equity shares of Rs. 1/- each (fully paid up).
