Harita Seating Systems announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 22 May 2014 :To consider declaration and payment of interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014.
2. To consider and approve the annual audited financial results and the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014 (both standalone & consolidated).
