Hi-Tech Gears net profit declines 4.76% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 6.81% to Rs 89.92 crore

Net profit of Hi-Tech Gears declined 4.76% to Rs 3.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 3.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 6.81% to Rs 89.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 84.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 1.73% to Rs 15.93 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 16.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 2.87% to Rs 353.09 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 363.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
