Hinduja Global Solutions announced that the Company has achieved Capability Level 5 certification of eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers v2.01 (eSCM-SP v2.01) for all its sites in India, Philippines and US.Capability Level 5 is the highest level which a service provider can reach under this evaluation. The Company is the first service provider to be eSCM-SP certified in the Philippines, and the first in the United States to have acquired eSCM-SP Capability Level 5 certification.
