Sales rise 17.79% to Rs 1157.83 crore

Net profit of Hindustan Construction Company reported to Rs 24.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 50.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 17.79% to Rs 1157.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 982.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 80.64 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 137.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 5.49% to Rs 4042.52 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 3832.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
