Hindustan Petroleum Corporation standalone net profit rises 31.05% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 25.30% to Rs 51414.21 crore

Net profit of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation rose 31.05% to Rs 1818.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1387.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 25.30% to Rs 51414.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 41033.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 66.63% to Rs 6208.80 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3726.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 5.25% to Rs 186709.67 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 177394.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
