Under ESOP
Hindustan Unilever announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 21 August 2015 has allotted 41,334 equity shares of Re 1 each under ESOP.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to 216,38,53,914 shares and the issued capital has increased to 221,69,72,890 shares.
