Honeywell Automation India announces change in directorate and chairman

Honeywell Automation India announced the completion of term of Suresh C Senapaty as an Independent Director and Chairman. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 04 March 2021 has appointed Dr. Ganesh Natarajan (DIN: 00176393), as an Additional (Non-Executive, Independent) Director of the Company for a term of 5 years commencing from 08 March 2021. Further, Dr. Ganesh Natarajan has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from 08 March 2021.
