Capital MarketHotel Leela Venture announced that pursuant to merger of Leela Software Solutions with Leela Lace Holdings, the shareholding of Leela Lace Holdings in the company has increased to 37.46%. Leela Software Solutions stands dissolved and merged with Leela Lace Holdings.
The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group before and alter the transaction remains the same.
