Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 07 December 2015 allotted 3,38,855 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,69,41,320 consisting of 157,84,70,660 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
