Housing Development Finance Corporation standalone net profit rises 39.23% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 13.17% to Rs 9622.15 crore

Net profit of Housing Development Finance Corporation rose 39.23% to Rs 2846.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2044.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 13.17% to Rs 9622.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 8502.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 63.43% to Rs 12163.69 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 7442.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 6.26% to Rs 35185.17 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 33112.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
