Housing Development & Infrastructure standalone net profit declines 77.77% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 10.85% to Rs 144.38 crore

Net profit of Housing Development & Infrastructure declined 77.77% to Rs 33.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 150.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 10.85% to Rs 144.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 161.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 7.56% to Rs 226.35 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 244.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 33.37% to Rs 988.61 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 741.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
