HRB Floriculture announced that the Company is appointing its Company Secretary Tanushree Dave, as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015.Further, Puneet Parwal will act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015.
