HSIL announces effective date for Scheme of Amalgamation

HSIL has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Garden Polymers, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Company, with effect from 01 April 2012, the Appointed Date, has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta, on 09 January 2014.

The Company has filed the certified copy of said Order of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta, with the concerned Registrar of Companies on 14 March 2014. Accordingly, 14 March 2014 is the "Effective Date" of the said amalgamation.
