HT Media fell 4.39% to Rs 113 at 15:25 IST on BSE on bargain hunting after the stock fell 8.57% in the preceding 19 trading sessions to Rs 108.25 on 16 October 2014, from a recent high of Rs 118 on 19 September 2014.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 88.95 points, or 0.34%, to 26,088.29.
On BSE, so far 59,000 shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 56,014 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 114.75 and a low of Rs 106.10 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 131 on 7 July 2014. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 69.50 on 21 February 2014.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 16 October 2014, falling 3.82% compared with 1.86% fall in the Sensex. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 6.96% as against Sensex's 1.76% rise.
The small-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 46.55 crore. Face value per share is Rs 2.

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) fell 13% to Rs 106 crore in Q2 September 2014 over Q2 September 2013. EBITDA margin decreased to 18% in Q2 September 2014 compared with 21% in Q2 September 2013.
