IDFC consolidated net profit declines 65.87% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 16.66% to Rs 2141.03 crore

Net profit of IDFC declined 65.87% to Rs 130.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 382.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 16.66% to Rs 2141.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2568.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 934.80 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 1706.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.19% to Rs 9032.60 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9628.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
