IDFC standalone net profit declines 98.69% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 99.54% to Rs 11.07 crore

Net profit of IDFC declined 98.69% to Rs 4.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 365.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 99.54% to Rs 11.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2413.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 1162.14 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 1685.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 50.03% to Rs 4557.35 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9120.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
