IFGL Refractories announced that pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14 August 2014, Prof. Bharati Ray has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company effective on 03 September 2014 in accordance with provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) read with Section 149 and other applicable provisions of the Act and Rules framed thereunder.
