IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company announces change in directorate

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2014 had appointed Dhananjay Mungale as an Additional Director of the Company.

Hari Sankaran has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, Akberali Moawalla and Ahmad Dabbous have resigned as Directors of the Company and are appointed as Alternate Directors to Saleh Moharnad Binladen and El Mouhtaz El Sawaf respectively.
