Scheme becomes effect from 28 April 2017
India Cements announced that the Company has filed on 28 April 2017, the true copy of the Order of the NCLT sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Trinetra Cement and Trishul Concrete Products with India Cements with the Registrar of Companies - Tamil Nadu.Consequent to the above, the scheme has become effective from 28 April 2017 with appointed date of 01 January 2014.
