Sales rise 21.37% to Rs 147.73 crore

Net loss of India Steel Works reported to Rs 0.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 2.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 21.37% to Rs 147.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 121.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 12.57 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 10.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 15.40% to Rs 613.23 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 724.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
