On conversion of warrants
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 21 August 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 40,000 (Forty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 67,70,73,982/- divided into 33,85,36,991 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 67,71,53,982/- divided into 33,85,76,991 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
