Under ESOP
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 29 July 2015, the Company has issued and allotted 65,67,306 (Sixty Five Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Six) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each (being 19,306 Equity Shares issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under ESOP Schemes of the Company and 65,48,000 Equity Shares issued upon conversion of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 72,45,51,440/- divided into 36,22,75,720 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
