Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 30 October 2015, the Company has issued and allotted 13,40,749 (Thirteen Lac Forty Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Nine only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise, of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up Equity Share Capital of' the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,11,51,362/- divided into 42,05,75,681 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
