Under ESOP
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 03 May 2016, the Company has issued and allotted 65,824 (Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, being issued to the eligible employees, upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,27,15,572/- divided into 42,13,57,786 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
