Indiabulls Housing Finance update on issue of FCCBs aggregating USD 150 mn

Indiabulls Housing Finance has approved the price of the U.S. $150,000,000, 4.50 per cent. Secured Convertible Bonds due 2026 (FCCBs) convertible into equity shares of Rs. 2.00 each (Equity Shares) in the share capital of the Company, including the (i) issue price for the FCCBs: 100% of the principal amount of the FCCBs and (ii) initial Conversion price of Rs. 242 per fully paid-up Equity Share of the Company.
