Indiabulls Real Estate has announced that in the overall interests of the company and its stakeholders, the promoters have mutually agreed to effect change in the supervision and control of the company. In such terms, Rajiv Rattan has resigned as a Vice-Chairman and as a Director of the Company and Saurabh Mittal has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 09 July 2014 and has relinquished all their rights in the supervision and control of the Company in the hands of Sameer Gehlaut.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
