Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd rose 4.95% today to trade at Rs 66.75. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 1.52% to quote at 2082.63. The index is up 10.68 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd increased 2.26% and Sobha Ltd added 1.69% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 18.77 % over last one year compared to the 14.69% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
