Indian Energy Exchange to debut on bourses

Indian Energy Exchange debuts on the secondary equity market today, 23 October 2017. The company had priced the initial public offer (IPO) at the top end the Rs 1,645 to Rs 1,650 price band. The IPO opened for subscription on 9 October 2017. The issue closed on 11 October 2017. The IPO received bids for 1.20 crore shares and it was subscribed 2.28 times.

HCL Infosystems said it will raise Rs 499.09 crore from its existing shareholders by way of rights issue. The total number of equity shares to be issued is 10.61 crore. The company said the rights issue will be offered at a price of Rs 47, including a premium of Rs 45. The record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the equity shares in the rights issue is 1 November 2017. It further said the board has decided that the rights entitlement ratio is fixed at a ratio of 10 rights equity share for every 21 equity share held by eligible shareholders of the company. The new office will employ local staff and focus on bringing cloud-based technology to transform Indonesian enterprises in the area of HR, Payroll and Logistics ERP. GHIAL has entered into a purchase agreement to issue and allot $350 million of 4.25% senior secured fixed rate notes of 10 year tenure (the Notes). The proceeds from the notes will be used to entirely refinance the current outstanding rupee term bank loan (RTL), bank external commercial borrowing (ECB) and towards partial funding of proposed capital expenditure.
