Indian rupee off 2-month highs

Rupee slipped from two-month highs to closed 53.81 on Tuesday (02 May 2013) at flat on Thursday on the back of a short-covering rally in the greenback, but sentiment remains positive ahead of the central bank's policy meeting on Friday.
