Net loss of Indian Sucrose reported to Rs 0.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 24.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 28.46% to Rs 111.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 156.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 358.12% to Rs 27.35 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 36.37% to Rs 386.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 283.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
