Indoco Remedies announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, to consider the following businesses :1. take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the last quarter ended 31 March 2014.
2. the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2014 and
3. recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-2014.
