Insecticides India standalone net profit declines 92.23% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 10.73% to Rs 178.10 crore

Net profit of Insecticides India declined 92.23% to Rs 0.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 6.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 10.73% to Rs 178.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 160.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 28.37% to Rs 39.29 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 54.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 2.48% to Rs 988.15 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 964.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
