With effect from 28 January 2015
International Travel House announced that Chandrasekhar Subramoneyan, a non executive director on the board of the Company vide his resignation letter dated 19 January 2015 informed that he would be relinquishing his Directorship from the Board of Directors of the Company at the close of Business hours on 27 January 2015.Further, the Board at its meeting held on 19 January 2015 appointed Arun Pathak, as a non executive director on the Board of the Company effective 28 January 2015.
