Ipca Laboratories jumped 7.06% to Rs 450.50 at 13:44 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 35,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 25,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Petronet LNG surged 6.14% at Rs 237.85. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.01 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.25 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Bajaj Electricals advanced 5.82% to Rs 365.05. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.09 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 28,000 shares in the past two weeks.
IndusInd Bank gained 5.69% at Rs 1,793 after the bank said that it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Bharat Financial Inclusion to have an exclusive discussion about the proposed potential strategic combination by way of amalgamation through a scheme of arrangement, or any other suitable structure. The announcements were made by IndusInd Bank and Bharat Financial Inclusion, separately, before market hours today, 11 September 2017. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 91,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 27,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Suzlon Energy rose 4.95% to Rs 16.95. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 80.66 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 33.91 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
